Oklahoma Locations Fuel Pump Updates Beginning May 1st
Exciting news! Beginning May 1st, American Plains Co-op will begin migrating the fuel site systems at our Oklahoma Locations (except Drummond) to match the current Triple E system used at our Kansas Locations. This update will eliminate current process where we must enter fuel tickets manually into our accounting system, which will save time for both our staff and our customers. Customers will now be able to use their American Plains Co-op fuel card at ALL of our fueling sites.

Because of the update, new cards will be issued to any customers who are currently using house fuel cards at our Oklahoma branches. We are working diligently to get these new cards created so that customers have them at the time of the change-over. The PIN that you are currently using will carry over to the new cards. If you aren’t currently using a PIN, you will receive one when you receive your new cards. If you fuel up at Drummond, you will need to keep your current card for that location until further notice.

The schedule to change out equipment will be as follows:
May 1st – Aline – Work on wiring in the Pedestal and Pumps
May 2nd – Aline - Red River Co will Install the Triple E Software in the morning
May 2nd – Ames – Installation of Equipment in the Afternoon
May 2nd - Ames -Triple E Software Installed in Late Afternoon
May 8th – Carmen – Wiring of Pedestals and Pumps
May 9th – Carmen – Triple E Software Installation
May 10th – Cherokee – Wiring of Pedestals and Pumps
May 11th – Cherokee – Triple E Software Installation

*Drummond will not be updated until a later date*

There will be some down time as they take the system down at each location to perform the wiring of the equipment and loading of hardware.  The fueling sites should be back-up and running shortly after the Triple E software is loaded and tested at each site.

We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers but know that this will be a great improvement to the fueling system for both the customers and our employees!
