EPA Final Rule on Specified Dicamba Products Update
On Monday, June 8, 2020 the EPA released its final cancellation order for the following in-crop dicamba products: Xtendimax® with Vaporgrip® Technology, Engenia®, and FeXapan®

Details of the Order (From Kansas Agribusiness Retailers Association)
EPA’s order addresses sale, distribution, and use of existing stocks of the three affected dicamba products.
  • Distribution or sale by any person is generally prohibited except for ensuring proper disposal or return to the registrant.
  • Growers and commercial applicators may use existing stocks that were in their possession on June 3, 2020, the effective date of the Court decision. Such use must be consistent with the product’s previously-approved label, and may not continue after July 31, 2020.
 
What does this mean for the Great Bend Co-op and its customers?
Great Bend Co-op has the right to apply, through our applicators, our remaining stock of these products until we are out of product or until July 31st, 2020. *

Great Bend Co-op Customers who have these products in their possession have the right to apply the remaining stock until you are out of product or until July 31st, 2020. *

Great Bend Co-op Customers Who PREPAID these products can still pick up their product until the contract has been fulfilled OR until Great Bend Co-op is out of Stock OR Until July 31st, 2020. First come, first served basis and only available for those who PREPAID these specific products. *
 
*All applications must still follow the labeled restrictions and be applied only by licensed applicators who passed the appropriate dicamba product training
